Tina Cen-Camarao
President
Tina Cen-Camarao is a dedicated public servant with 16 years of service to the City and County of San Francisco. As President of CAAGE, she champions AANHPI empowerment, workplace equity, and professional growth. With a background in real estate and leadership in various associations, Tina actively advocates for diversity, inclusion, and social justice. Through CAAGE, she is committed to mentorship, networking, and career advancement for AANHPI government employees.

Hanley Chan
Secretary
Hanley Chan is a public servant and veteran, currently with the California State Athletic Commission and San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department. A former U.S. Navy and Army National Guard member, he also serves on the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Commission and the U.S. Selective Service System Appeals Board. Hanley holds degrees in Justice Administration, Humanities, and Leadership, demonstrating his dedication to service and community leadership.

Steve Kim
Treasurer
Steve Kim has been a dedicated public servant since 2013, currently with the San Francisco MTA. He previously held roles at HSA and the Assessor-Recorder’s Office and worked in market development for Hewlett-Packard and Nortel Networks. A CAAGE leadership team member since 2014, Steve is committed to advancing AANHPI representation and operational excellence as Treasurer.

Hazelle Fernandez
Vice President of Membership
With 20+ years in public finance, Hazelle is a transformative leader in Finance and Accounting. Before joining the City Administrator’s Office, she spent 22 years at SFO, leading programs like the SFO Food Donation Program and COVID drive-thru food distribution. She holds multiple leadership roles in community and professional groups and is committed to AANHPI empowerment, leadership development, and workplace equity as a CAAGE Board Director.

Esther Tang
Vice President of Events
Esther Tang is a passionate educator, strategist, and advocate, drawing from her experiences as a mother, immigrant, and leader. With a PhD in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from UCSF, she has built a career in education and community engagement, now transforming environmental education at SF Environment. Her work blends innovation, cultural competency, and sustainability. Beyond her profession, she is dedicated to preserving Cantonese opera and cultural heritage.

Gary Chen
Vice President of Communications
Gary is a Human Resources Analyst for the City and County of San Francisco, starting with the Recreation and Parks Department and now with Human Resources Department, advising and administering Human Resources matters and processes. As an active community member for CAAGE since 2018, he is committed to pushing its mission forward by supporting the AANHPI community.

Ken Nim
Interim Vice President of Operations
Ken Nim has worked for the City for over 18 years in workforce development. He is passionate about serving the community. He volunteers as one of the Founders of OffChain Global, an international community supporting Web3 and AI professionals bridging tech and business communities globally. Ken is committed to advancing AANHPI representation through mentorship and professional development.
